We ship priority mail. As our orders start to accrue, shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19 and other related conditions that would affect how/where we get our supplies/material. Your business is our priority so we will do everything we can to make sure you get your item in great condition and in a timely manner.

Because our products are custom made and tailored to the customers preferences, we cannot offer returns, exchanges or cancellations. In the unlikely even that a product arrives not as described, we will send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of your package.
In order to receive a replacement, the customer will be required to provide photos of the issue- including the packing slip. You can send us those pictures and any questions or concerns that you may have at Nikki@dreamydesignsbynikki.com.

Dreamy Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking reports back that the package has been delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of your packages if you experience any type of issues related to delivery.

Sorry but at this time we do not offer cancellations after you have placed your order. Please note we are unable to honor a return or exchange due to the fact that each item is custom made. I will work with you to insure you are pleased with your purchase so you can rest assured. If for any reason, you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase, please message me so we can discuss  resolutions.
